Mount Fuji is Japan’s most iconic sight which is a must see for any visit to Japan. Hiroshima is a modern vibrant place, despite the horrors of the past. The Peace Memorial Park, reflects on the past events.
Kyoto is Japan’s ancient capital and cultural hub, packed with enchanting sights, 17 of which are UNESCO World Heritage listed. Nara is a city famous for its bowing deer and being the birthplace of Japanese cultures. Kopyasanis a holy mountain dotted with monasteries and is wonderfully atmospheric and tranquil. Tokyo a big bright and brash city, this is where the modern and traditional sit beside each other. Snow Monkeys the Japanese macaques are a delight to watch as they bathe in natural hot pools close to the alpine town of Yudanaka. Himeji Castle an impressive Japanese feudal castle. The Bullet Train boarding from Odawara station you can jump on-board the Hikari bullet train and wizz to Kyoto.
Cherry Blossom Season it starts in late January in the sub-tropical south, then sweeps up country to Tokyo and Kyoto in the first two weeks of April.
