From Pretty Woman to Beverly Hills Cop, Sunset Boulevard and LA Story you are on a movie scene the moment you step off the plane at LAX. Los Angeles is home to the famous Dalby Theatre which is the venue for the Academy Awards and is on Hollywood Boulevard where you can see the star- studded Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Los Angeles is a city spread far and wide with so much to see. The Hop On Off Bus is a great way to make sure you see the major sights. From Rodeo Drive with its boutique shops and famous Beverly Wilshire Hotel to the delightful Farmers market, which is a lovely area to walk around and grab something to eat. You will also see Paramount Studios the oldest film studio in the USA and you can even take a tour. One part not to miss the houses of the rich and famous and the take that monumental photograph of the Hollywood sign.  

A great place to stay is Venice Beach with its ocean front walk spanning 2 1/2 miles and the hop on off bus does go hear. With street performers to keep you entertained and canals alongside modern buildings it is great area to explore. There is also Santa Monica with its pier and pacific park.

While you are in Los Angeles you can also visit Universal Studios Hollywood and Disneyland Park which offer hours of entertainment and rides.

Eating out in LA is wide ranging with Santa Monica and Venice Beach offering a wide variety to restaurants and if your missing home there is an English pub at Venice Beach.

LA is unforgettable as it combines so much in one place, beaches, famous landmarks, entertainment, and luxury.
