We are winners

We have good news, and it is very welcome. The Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards are the largest celebration of the travel trade in the UK & Ireland and the highest accolade for travel agencies and agents. This year’s awards were the first to be held since the start of the pandemic and were designed to honour those travel agencies and travel agents who have truly represented the best of the industry over the past 18 months. The award winners are selected based on voting by travel industry, with the individual agent categories decided by panels of expert judges. Andrew Earles are the proud winners of the UK's Small Agency of the Year.

Andrew Earle said “This is great news in what has been a challenging year. More than anything I would like to thank my team, I appreciate their support as many have been on furlough. Look at our new look Brough Shop

As you first step in you will be greeted by our reception desk, which looks after appointments and if you don’t know who to see they will direct you to the right holiday specialist for your holiday requirements.

To the rear of the shop there are now two ‘Luxury Lounges’ for customers when booking appointments who require more dedicated time for holidays such as cruise and stay or multi- centre holidays.

Daniel Wilson’s Blog For a cruise ship the Marco Polo is relatively small with only 720 passengers but for its size it still has a lot to offer. The cabins are all spacious and our cabin which was premium on deck six was comfortable, clean and furnished to a good standard considering it is a 50 year old ship. In fact the whole ship was clean and all the staff were polite and helpful.
